I Love it very good customer service
I actually love Sir Pizza to death, but the store location on W. St. Joseph Hwy in Lansing has the worst customer service. The lady who answers the…
Great food great people! Been around for a long time
Always delicious quality pizza and plesent service
At work we get takeout, we are only a couple of blocks away. Both my co-worker and myself were pleasantly surprised how good the food is. I ordered fish and chips, she got a small pizza. First the pizza is big for a small, and she is so picky but she loved it. My steak fries were large, hot and crispy yet soft inside and fish were great. We both loved it and ordered again. We will continue to order from here.
I always like to try a New business and wanted to try it out after eating at my favorite restaurant,P.F. Chang's last night . Building is a bit out of place for Eastwood, interior is open and very loud with tons of TVs turned full volume with sports. It was more than half empty inside and already so loud it starting to be unpleasant. I ordered a planters punch and it was probably the worst drink I think I've ever had . No food ordered but the pizza next to us did look good . Probably will Not be returning. Staff also looked to be struggling and very young, I know it's probably grand opening week but, not impressed. We need a Bahama Breeze at Eastwood or Blackrock not a low brow Champs clone..
Costumer service needs to be worked on, if not you will be out of business. Even if your food is okay , if poor customer service you will lose costumers!
Called 5 times never answered not dependable pizza place go elsewhere or you will be annoyed do not buy
I ordered a sub and to my surprise it was amazing, maybe I was just starving lol. But the vegetables were fresh and the delivery was quick, I'm definitely a returning customer
I was in the area working. I had a fried egg sandwich with fries. I was totally blown away by such simple ingredients that tasted sooo good,...It was one of the best sandwiches that I have ever had ANYWHERE. I literally asked myself, "how did he do that"???
After reading the other reviews I had to post. This is my favorite pizza that can be delivered in Lansing. This mom and pop place was around before the Papa John franchise, and is the reason the franchise is not Lansing (under the same name that is). I have been fortunate to have never had an issue with service and my family has ordered over a dozen times. The drivers are polite as well.I recommend the sausage and pepperoni, in fact, their sausage is the only one I will eat on pizza.
