Scott Dexter DDS

This is the most unprofessional practice I have ever seen in the healthcare business!! Read the reviews below, my situation is almost the same. First of all, they never answer their phone until 9:00am even though they open at 8:00am! Secondly, I had to cancel an appt. because of a FUNERAL and they absolutely had no sympathy! I cancelled well within the 24 hrs. and they told me it had to be 48 hrs., and had to charge me 60 dollars before my daughter could be seen again! Please.... find a different dentist to go to... he is not worth it!!

Pediatric care = DISAPPOINTED!!! If you are looking for a professional that specializes in pediatrics but ZERO bedside manner and compassion than this is the choice for you.



I'd look around for another option!

My son has health issues and we had to cancel 2 dentist appointments in the past with Scott Dexter DDS, just under 24 hours notice. The first time we left a voicemail, the second time we spoke to the receptionist, and she acted sympathetic and said it was no problem whatsoever. So I call to reschedule my son's appointment and I am told by the receptionist that Scott Dexter DDS no longer wishes to acccept our appointments. Apparently they rather would have had us bring in our vomitting son instead of cancelling our appointments. I strongly encourage anyone reading this review to look elsewhere for a pediatric dentist in the Lansing area. There is no sympathy to be found at Scott Dexter DDS's office.
