Professional scam artists!! Buyer beware! Once they signed me on a "30 day trial run" with no contract, a month later when I said "no thanks" they continued to pull funds out of my account and added extra phony account and started double dipping my bank account. I have now had to get my attorney involved. Please write to BBB and file complaints against this business if you feel you have just cause. They MUST be stopped, and the only way is for everyone to ban together and protect other businesses who may encounter these sales people. They have cost my company lots of money and I would hate for this to happen to any other business. Totally devastating.
Well, we had ANOTHER unsolicited, unwelcome phone call from Dan Riggs this morning. Despite our repeatedly asking him to please stop calling, he continues to do so. When I ask who is calling, (although he has called SO MANY TIMES, I know his voice!) he hangs up on me. Wow. Great way to get customers, eh Dan?
Premier Payment Solutions is the best credit card processor in Michigan! They are a family owned and operated company based out of Lansing and they provide excellent customer service. Better than anyone in the industry I have dealt with. I will never take my business elsewhere!
Josh was extremely rude and aggressive!!! I DO NOT KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!! When we decided not to move forward he threatened to charge me for canceling when there is clearly no cancellation fee on the contract. I would pay double what I pay now to avoid doing business with this company!!! BEWARE!!!!!
A Dan Riggs called twice and began asking questions. When asked if he could state the purpose of his call he rambled that to save time, to just answer if we accept credit cards or not. As a common practice, we do not give out information over the phone. I asked if he could give me more information about the nature of the call. Apparently, they process credit card payments and wanted to compare to see if they can save money. I told him we were happy with our existing processing company and began to hang up. He hollered in the phone, "you don't make the decision, blank (owner) does, FUCxxxx CUNx" TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE. If we did ever decide to investigate other CC processing companies, this will not be one we call. Very Rude!!!
