Terrible!! They actually LOST my car!! The morning following my accident the dealership called me to let me know it was not there. I called three times to Northside only to be treated with people that didn’t show much concern. The first time they said it was at the dealership even after I told them it wasn’t and they would check and “get back with me”. After about an hour I called back and they said they were checking into it still and would call me back. My dealership thankfully is amazing and called me after they located my car at the dealership across the street and had arranged to have it moved over at no added cost to me, mind you I already paid northside over $200. I then called Northside back to let them know that my dealership found my car because they still hadn’t and again got the same attitude or should I say lack there of. I asked to speak with the owner at that point, not the greatest conversation. He actually made me feel like I was overreacting because it was at a dealership that was close. I guess if you are looking to pay over $200 to get your vehicle close to where you want it to go then this is the place for you but I prefer to work with professionals.

I have used Northside for years. i would have recommended them to anybody that needed a tow. lately its different. I called recently and was so appalled by Kevins un-invoked disrespectful attitude that i will never be calling again. after getting cussed at (and I don't use that language) i can here him sit the phone down and ignore me for about 30 seconds. i was in a very dangerous situation possibly life threatening and was a little freaked out and he could care less! He only made my situation worse. thank god for the other towing company that drove by and saved me that night (not gonna advertise who).
