Love the store. Love the products. Customer Service is horrible! It is hit and miss if I am acknowledge when I (used to) go into the store. Will have to pay a little more for my ammo but they will not get anymore of my $$$$



Poor customer service

Stopped in the day before archery season to pick up a few things. There was one person working in archery and at least 4 customers waiting for assistance. When I was finally helped after about a 20 minute wait, the service rep had little knowledge of products or archery. Went to the front of the store to check out. Waited 10 more minutes. Then the system crashed and no one could make a purchase.

Doesn't understand customer service

I was attempting to purchase an item that was scheduled to arrive in the store the next business day. The Manager (Brian?) told me he couldn't hold the item for me. This didn't make sense to me so I questioned why (I even offerred to give him a credit card number), and he told me it wouldn't be ""legal"", and walked away. This didn't make any sense to me, and of course he was full of ____ -- I called Cabelas and they were happy to hold the item for me, but it cost me an extra $40 to drive there.
