        Casey Home Inspections, LLC was founded by Howard J. Casey at the beginning of 2007. Howard is a state and nationally certified Home Inspector and has performed over 4,000 inspections. He has a 50 year background in business, property repair, property maintenance and property management. The cost of the inspection is $300.00 and takes approximately 2 hours to complete. It includes a 32 page written report, a pest certificate and a radon gas certificate. Appointments are scheduled at 9 am, 1 pm, and 5 pm 7 days a week.

        Residential Home Inspections for $300.00 with a 32 page written report that includes a pest certificate and a radon gas certificate. Appointments are scheduled at 9 am, 1 pm, and 5 pm 7 days a week. We use the latest computer technology providing an accurate radon read in 1 hour allowing the test to be supervised and completed during the inspections. Based on the EPA suggested health risk, no buyer should accept an unsupervised test result.

        Overall

        I am so pleased to have found Mr. Howard Casey when purchasing my home. From the moment I called him he has always been very warm, kind, as well as extremely knowledgable and thorough. Our home inspection took four hours, which according to my real estate agent was the longest inspection she had been through. I cannot say enough about him, he truly is a wealth of knowledge, a people person, and will go well out of his way to please his customer. Thank for your wonderful service Mr. Casey!
