I bought a leaf blower from lowes in Holt It didn't start so I took It to get fix and they told me the engine will blown so I took him back to lowes and Their manager there told me that he was not going to Honor the warranty Finally he gave in cars it was all written down on paper and then he went and grabbed me another one and he had broke apart off of it so I took it back got another 1 and it didn't start again so something's going on with him I don't understand why you just wouldn't honor the worn to U fits written down on paper so I'm still without a leaf Blower it's been over 2 months The leaves are falling leaf blower still in the shop So just be careful with the manager Chris is his name I don't know of its because I am Mexican or he just don't like me
The store manager is very rude. She dont like to help people UNLESS its someone that she knows PERSONALLY! Then when customers walk out of the store she will talk bad about them even though they spend their money in her store. I have heard this first hand when shopping. There is another manager there that is VERY polite with EVERYONE. He is an older gentleman, and he is the only one I will deal with in that store as far as management goes. There is another female manager there that if you go to try and ask her something, she disappears. That is not right. There is only 2 cashiers there that I will deal with, because the others are rude and act like they dont want to help you at all. And the 2 cashiers that ARE polite and treat the customers with respect, are the ones that the store manager treats bad. Maybe its because the customers actually LIKE these 2 cashiers, I dont know. But what I do know is that I have been in there and heard comments made about employees and to employees, and I have been in there and heard comments from other customers to one of the cashiers about her private parts and how they would like to "tap that". I heard the cashier tell the store manager and all the store manager did was yell at her for not telling him to have a nice day. I feel she shouldnt have had to tell him anything after him making those comments. And in my opinion, the cashier should have reached over the counter and slapped him! But she didnt, instead she just told him to leave the store if he was going to make comments to her like that. I will be telling my friends and family about this and I will guarantee that they will not shop there anymore either. This is NOT the way a business should be ran.
Some of the staff is very friendly, while others are just plain mean and rude! I was in there and asked for help and was told "if you can't find it, then we probably don't have it". I mean really? Just because someone can't find something does not always mean you don't carry it. Get off your ass and check! Apparently it's the store manager that does this, from what one of the cashiers said, but I was in there and standing in line, and a member of management came up to the register and started yelling at the cashier! She had her in tears! YOU DO NOT DO THIS IN A BUSINESS! If there is a problem, you wait until there are no customers and you pull the employee aside and TALK to them, like they're a human being! I was so disgusted with this behavior. I will not be a return customer to this store!
