posted moments ago My mom was there less than 2yrs. Tho she could walk with her walker when she entered, they shortly forced her to totally non-ambulatory, including refusing to even help her on & off the toilet or in and out of bed without using a lift to put her there. They forced her on this dysphagia diet, which is supposedly a choking problem; which both my sister and I know my mom did not have. She became very malmourished & dehydrated. One time they sent her to the hospital saying she was not eating & drinking; was given over 1 bag of fluids & diagnosed with urinary infection due to my mom not going along with this "diet". Then she got a bedsore and several weeks later, as no aggressive treatment was administered to treat it; it became down to the bone & mom died July 16, 2015. Also with the help of the "public guardian" mom was talked into, I, her only visitor, was barred from visiting her the last 7 mos of her life. Mom & I cried on the phone her last Christmas, Dec 2014, as she wanted me to be there-but they would not left me. I showed up twice and they called the police. If you love someone, never put them here!!!!
The manager allows her personal issues with people to affect her job. She just refused to rent to me and my wife because I'm related to a few people that she has had personal problems with in the past. In my personal opinion she should be fired for discrimination because that is exactly what she did to me. Other then the manager allowing her personal issues affect her job the trailer park is an ok cheap place to live atleast for people who don't got much nd are just starting out on there own.
The staff is super, the facility is clean and patients on the over all are happy. The rooms are small as one my expect unless you're on the rehab unit. My biggest complaint would be the food, I know older folks tastes are touch but really this is canned and ickey... i watched an entire room gnaw on what they called roast, not good.
Yesterday I purchased bud light beer that was stale from your store #13 and was told by corporate receptionist to dump it out and return the cans and forget about it .i could not believe what I was told then spoke with Ligita and was given proper info how to resolve the situation then finally spoke with Tim Sherrin and was able to remedy the problem, and he did today. thank you Tim . Whoever that corporate receptionist is should get some proper training on handling these types of situations rather than tell someone to just dump out product &return the cans I can't through away $20 she might not me she also should learn how to read a calander and or add as she was not able to do so yesterday but everyone else I spoke with other than her did. I would hope when people call for a complaint about stale product she would think what if that was her and anyone that is of sound mind would never say to just dump it out and return the cans . Someone with this mentality should not communicate with your valued customers. I appreciate the professional courtesy Tim Sherrin has given ThankYou
