I have bought many appliances from here and have been happy with every purchase. Nice sales staff and good deals. I always start here thinking I'll look elsewhere, but then I never need to. Highly recommend.
Called and asked to see if they would fix my vintage laserdisc remote. I basically got a "Do not bother us response". Very disappointing....I realise a remote control is small potatoes to these guys but I was willing to pay. Whatever.
My 70's era Pioneer stereo was distorting on one channel, had burned out lights and the ohm protector was disconnected. They fixed it quickly and at a fair price. It sounds amazingly good now. Thanks
My tv was out of warranty, and samsung gave me their number. it was cheaper to bring in the tv. They had it for a couple of days and even offered me a loaner tv! God my tv back and it is working great!
I'm really grateful that this business is here. My TV was not working, I thought it was junk. Tech Dan said he was familiar with the problem. Said if I okayed the estimate he would be able to fix it the same DAY!! I was thrilled. The price was a bargain for me. THANKS THANKS THANKS
My stuff was there 5 months and was never touched by them. The equipment was still in the same place on the shelf where I left it 5 months earlier, just had a sheet of dust on it.
Don't go there unless you can afford to lose the money! If something goes wrong they will do everything possible to not refund your money. They even sent me home with a broken radio saying to try again for a few days. This place is ridiculous.
Do not go there for their Bakery Bread. I refuse to go to this Kroger if bread is on my list, but my husband likes it because it is close to where we live. I do not waste my time any more as they generally are out of the French loaf when ever I want to purchase bread. But today they really did a silly thing. They told my husband if he waited the bread would be out of the oven in 10 min. So he waited and asked them to slice the bread for him. Now anyone that bakes bread should have been trained to know the basic rules about hot bread. The first rule is do not slice bread until it is cool, so tell the customer if he is buying the hot or warm bread he will have to purchase it un-sliced, as hot slices stick to each other like glue. The second rule is do not tie the plastic bag closed until the bread is completely cool or when you get home with it not only are the slices stuck together but the interior of the bread is wet and doughy and ready for the garbage. I suggest that if your that uninformed why not close the bakery completely. The other Kroger stores in Lansing seam to get it why can't Frandor
