This particular store consistently provides the worst experience for customers. The staff members never miss an opportunity to antagonize customers. I had to return a pair of shoes the other day. They gave us so much grief and wasted over 90 minutes over a $20 return. For that, they missed a $300 purchase from us. When taken to another store, it did not take the staff in the other store 2 minutes to do the return.
I had the sadest experience at this store I ordered my child's Xmas gift early I received an email my order was ready only to arrive 1t min later to be told my order was canceled.now my 6 yr will not get the only gift she really asked for bcuz I wasn't properly notified they ran out and given the option to pick it up at another store who had it so now my children have no Christmas gift and every store is out of it so I can't even order it from another store and I still haven't received my money back my child has no Christmas Kat and probably won't because all this horrible experience and it's quite sad because I made sure to order it early I was offered a $25 gift card how sad my $25 was the price of my child's happiness.I will never do that again.
