I was given a price for the service before I arrived and was charged a different price at checkout. The customer service representative did give me a credit towards my NEXT Service.
WOW JUST WOW! Working with this dealership has been excellent - from the first phone conversation, to email contact, text messages and finally in person meeting. I was interested in a Chrysler Pacifica and called one day to inquire. Frank answered the phone and from that point moment on he had my trust. We were talking for a bit about the car and the price but didn't come to an agreement. In consecutive text messages Frank remained professional and very knowledgeable. While I was up in South-Eastern Wisconsin, Napelton's River Oaks is located in Illinois right on the Indiana border - about a 110 mile drive - we continued to have multiple conversations before finally coming to an agreement. As I couldn't drive down there immediately, Frank promised to hold the car in return for a refundable deposit via credit card. All through the process, I inquired about additional features, updating to the newest software the day of purchase, Frank went above and beyond to answer my questions and requests. Even when a few hours before driving down there, hesitation set in, Frank did not push for the deal to happen. His words were "I don't want you to make the trip if you're not 100% convinced about the purchase". Frank's honesty and humble personality speaks volume! The overall experience exceeded my expectations and I was highly impressed by the professionalism and down-to-earth straight-forwardness yet respectful and inviting atmosphere while being at the dealership. Further, I want to mention Adam who showed us the car and accompanied us during test spin around the block. What a great guy as well! He also went the extra mile to get a license plate holder, additional documentation, and other things. Truly enjoyed every person we met along the way. Everyone greets and is fun and easy to talk to while maintaining professional etiquette. Go speak to Frank - you will not be disappointed! If we ever are in the business for another vehicle, I will contact Frank first thing!
If you want to buy a car from a honest dealership then this is not the one. I am quoted a price and when I get there they inflate the price by $800. sounds like false advertising and they would not move on the price that I was quoted at. Stay away from them. I hope the whole napleton chain is not like this. If I could give it zero stars I would! !!!!
We were very interested in a new 2012 Honda Civic LX. We negotiated a specific out-the-door price and financing rate with their online representative, Tina,via email. She assured us this price had been approved by her management and the car was ready to be picked up. I took the day off of work and we made the 1.5 hour drive to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership ready to complete the purchase at the previously agreed upon price and financing terms. However, none of the management would honor the agreed upon terms, even though we had the email thread to show them the price and financing rate had been agreed to. They insisted on adding on a $1,589 "Pro Pack" that we did not request, nor agree to. They said that every one of their cars had to have this "Pro Pack" added on. They had NEVER mentioned anthing about this additional fee during our negotiations. When we called them on this they said that the internet sales rep, Tina, did not have any negotiating power and should have mentioned the "Pro-Pack." So why then did Tina say the deal was negotiated and agreed to and that the car was ready fo pick-up? The Manager and General Manager were disrespectful and unprofessional. Finally, the GM said he would lower the price oft this "Pro-Pack" to $500 as that was their price for this add on. We left without purchasing the car. They did not honor our previous negotiations. BEWARE, by their own word they admitted that they make over $1,000 on this "Pro-Pack" on every car they sell. This so called "Pro-Pack" includes such things as mud flaps, all- weather mats, trunk mat, door guards, etc. Regardless of whether you want those options or not they add that $1,589 to the price of the car. They were SHAMELESS. I will never consider doing business with them again. I will be contacting Honda Corporate so they are aware of this dealer's unprofessional conduct. I will also be making a complaint to the city's Better Business Bureau. Finally, I will let as many people as possible know of this situation and to stay away from this dealership.
I called and the automated recorder directs me to parts. After waiting the 1st 5min an operator picks up. Ask me what am I trying to find and directs me to parts. After 10min of this I jus Hung up
