Meyer Family Vision

I had my eye exam by Ron Meyer. I didn't need glasses at the time and there was very little change in my prescription. Several months later I decided to obtain new lenses. They were ordered and my frames were sent in they were returned with the new lenses installed but my old lens was not returned. I wore the glasses for a week and they were not right. The went into the office and the assistant told me to wear them for a little longer. I did and there was no improvement. I was scheduled for another visit a month down the road. I again saw Dr. Meyer who was abrupt, my new lenses were never(never) checked to have the prescription verified. I was simply told that he could order my old prescription once and that was it or refund my money and never return. I obviously took the refund. They all were curt and rude not to mention unprofessional and unfriendly as soon as I had an issue.
