On 9/11 I purchased a battery and charger from the Lansdale store for an upcoming trip. After the items sat in a bag for 5 days I tried to return them and was told I could not return them, I could get a store credit. I was referred to the sales receipt where the company policy is stated. The policy was not disclosed prior to the sale for me to determine if I still wanted to proceed with transaction. The receipt was placed in the bag, again without disclosing the return policy. Based on the policy, if I had changed my mind after the transaction, even standing in the store I would not have received a refund. I left a message for the owner, Kurt Seelig, to contact me. He never called. Wanting to reach a resolution prior to leaving on my trip, I call Mr. Seelig a few hours prior to my departure. Mr. Seelig was rude, continually interrupting me and not willing to listen to me. He told me that the policy is on the receipt and he doesn't have to give me my money back, he continued by stating he implemented the policy because people would use the batteries and chargers and then return them after vacations, these items are still sealed and completely saleable. He finally yelled at me as I was speaking stating, "You're not getting a refund, it's on the receipt. You can get a store credit." and then hung up. I will NEVER buy anything from these people. They are way over priced. As I began looking I found that I could find the same items for much less! Buy on Amazon or Adorama or anyplace else! You'll save money and find much better customer service.
