VCA Gwynedd Animal Hospital

Horrible !!!! The only reason I gave one star is cause I have to to comment. Absolutely positively horrible took my dog there sadly he passed Within an hour of being there. Then my problems with Gwynedd started I had him cremated ,they asked me if I would like a Pawprint of course I said yes they call me back four days later and said that his ashes were there when I asked if the Pawprint and everything was ready they told me they could not find the Pawprint but not to worry because when there's leashes and collars in the bin they sometimes store the pawprints in a different spot but they would have to call me back, I called back the next day around 4 o'clock because they had not called back they told me they would have to get back to me on Monday. On Monday I was told they did not do A paw print because they confuse him with another dog that had passed that day. So I got NO paw print, then I go to pick up his ashes and I asked for his collar (the only thing my 8year old want) and I'm told that they do not have it or know where it could be. This is the worst place that I've ever dealt with I truly think they all need to be trained in common sense. Not to mention The rest of everybody else's comments about price is right however I wouldn't have cared about that if in anyway I felt like my dog or I where treated with some respect. My dog passing was very hard for me his vet did not think he was going to pass but just wanted him to be monitored for 24 hours. Now I'm wondering if the incompetence with everything after his passing, has has something to do with why I no longer have my baby. Truly hope that somebody reads this and just travel the little farther so they do not have to feel what me and my family now feel. And All you get is a SORRY
