I have been using this company for over 15 years and LOVE them! Karin is ALWAYS helpful and follows through with what she says. I have found the their price may be a few cents higher than some, but the amazing customer service and response when needed is worth the peace of mind that I will have oil when I need it!

This company's customer service is pitiful. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Never deliver on time, and/or overcharge.

This company is so rude and messed up. They charged my credit card and never delivered oil... Don't ever use them they will take your money and never give you a service.. And when I called the lady on the phone called me rude and told me to go somewhere else and never refunded my card after she told me she would

Going on day of the great oil wait. Have prepaid still nothing. Just reported to BBB. Either a refund or oil. Meanwhile I'm Freezing and no it doesn't help that the lady on the phone Karin I think laughs about her truck being broken down like haha oh well that's just oil trucks for you. Funny I got the same excuse yesterday and u don't bother to tell me to day that instead of first thing in the morning just plan on camping out in your freezing house all day while 4 months pregnant and and if you call they either give an attitude or laugh at you. Hopefully the complaint at BBB will get them shut down.
