A window washer was responsible for breaking a window in my home two days before Independence Day. Ken of HCH Glass responded promptly to my voice message and set up an appointment for the same day. He came to my home as scheduled, taped the window, and promised to return the next day to fix the window after the required material had been ordered and received. True to his promise, Ken returned the day before Independence Day and repaired the window. He even cleaned the window--and very well. I'll gladly do business with HCH Glass again.
