Saturday, October 15th - The ABSOLUTE worst customer service. There were three sales associates standing by the counter discussing a text message. There were three customers in the store. Not ONE of us were greeted by anyone, nor asked if we needed help. The store was so packed with rounders that you couldn't even maneuver between them to see what was on the racks. We (customers) stood at the door talking about poor customer service, and still no one came to see if we needed any assistance. I came in looking for a dress for my daughter. I went to another store and found one. If I had been a mystery shopper, this store would have failed miserably. I'll never go into that Rainbow again.
