The person who works the dispatch is rude and their system is such that you can never know when your cab will arrive. If you call ahead and ask for a cab at a particular time and they get another fare between when you called a cab for, they will send their cab out to that other fare. They don't care if this makes them late for your pick up. So you could be waiting MUCH MUCH longer than their so called 15 minute window on either side of the time you call. They know they are the only cab company in the area so they take advantage of the situation. Did I mention the person who works the dispatch is RUDE?I would give them less than one star if I could

We called dispatch the day prior to our needing a cab. We were concerned because we had never used this company before and we needed to be picked up at 5:30 am for a flight out of Trenton Airport. Our driver, Joe, arrived 10 minutes early. He was courteous and friendly. We arrived at the airport in plenty of time for our flight. We would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.
