When looking to see what kind of selection this dealership offered I was pleasantly surprised to see what they had available. The pricing was on point and still gave me what I was looking for in a vehicle. Don?t think that just because you don?t have the largest budget you should settle. I would recommend Reedman Toll.

Reedman dealer in Philadelphia has had some of the most impressive service. Everything from dodge, ford, jaguar they have provided some of the best choices in all price ranges over the years. Reedman should be your first stop if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
Had an appointment for service at 930 am just called and didn't even look at it yet it now 2pm Lady on phone said it was an appointment for write up. When I dropped it off guy asked if I was going to wait or drop it off should of told him I was waiting maybe they would of looked at it by then. Appointment are for service this is bs. When we bought the jeep there we waited like two and a half hours to get back to finance after they took are car for trade. I will never go back there again.
If that's what you are buying... I had a dealer named Mayer who rushed me through the whole process because, "his wife was going to be mad at him for missing dinner." I knew this was a ploy so I played along.
Everything was working just fine until we sat down to sign the finance papers. He told me that he was going to get the paper to show that it is certified, while I fill out a million forms.
When he came back, he told me that the office that deals with that is closed. My GF asked him, "well how do we know it is CPO (certified pre owned) and he told her just look at the car sticker ( which we still have) it says CPO. He old us that he would get us the Certification, not the next day but the day after because it was his day off. We agreed that would be okay.
We purchased the car which seems to be in good condition but what do I know I am not a mechanic. Two days later, we get a call from a manager saying that we have to come back down there all the way from BRooklyn, To REEDMAN TOLL AUTO WORLD 2 hours away to GET the car CERTIFIED!!!
My GF went crazy! They lied to us, told us that the car was certified just to sell us the car!!! I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau to see what I can do about this.
I feel like they commited fraud! My car was supposed to be CPO and in fact it was not. I purchased a extended warranty for close to $3000 which I am sure the insurance company won't be happy to hear that the car is not CPO.
Overall, my experience at Reedman Toll Auto World was HORRIBLE!
FELT COMPLETELY RUSHED.
THEY TALKED TO MY GF WITH NO RESPECT FOR WOMENS INTELLIGENCE. (which we almost walked away)
AND ULTIMATELY, LIED TO!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE AND IF YOU DO, GET THE PAPERS NOT MATTER WHAT!!!
RUN!!!! Reedmans has always had a bad reputation when the family owned it. Since Toll bought it, I thought I give them a try. Boyfriend found a Mazda he liked. Sat down w/credit mgr. We were told $XX x XX%= monthly payment. The next day when he went to fill out the loan papers? Boyfriend said "no prep fees". He was told that "there's no extra's". THEN, was eventually told that there was a Security (something) for over $700. (That would be considered an "extra") It is for - if the car gets stolen, Reedman will give $5000 to buy one of THEIR cars. Probably off the sticker price. Not much of a deal. And that is what insurance is for. AND, to pay to be a return customer? Used to be called good business to get return clients. Boyfriend said 'I have insurance" and tried to tell them "Don't want it". THey said it was standard. Why wasn't this mentioned when the calculations were disclosed the day before? Then, he came home and said "I tried to tell them I didn't want it". I called the salesman. He said & "$450", he could've said no. Well, how convenient. NOW you listen that we don't want it.. papers signed. BTW, that $790 over the course of the loan? $1300... to pay to be a return customer... but it's not an "extra", right?
What a shame, too. I had friends who were waiting to see how we made out because they saw cars at Reedmans that they wanted, but were afraid because of the bad reputation in years past. So, I hope $790 was worth losing about 4 serious customers. STAY AWAY! &quot;Same old Reedmans!&quot; Because of the principle? Car is getting sold ASAP. At least they won't make much money of loan kickback.
1 week later- Was TOLD "in a week we'll have a 2nd key/floor mats". There's about $300~! Heard nothing from Reedmans. BUT! The scam finance company they financed it through calls daily! I did a reverse search from the phone #, and there are pages & pages of complaints with this scam company! Laws of attraction-scam dealer w./scam bank! LOL!
I’m not sure if the reviews here are from real customers or employees….or they got lucky with the sales person they were working with. I was in the market for a Tahoe in 2008 and tried Reedman and the sales guy was very pushy so I spent a little more $ (few $100’s not a lot) and purchased from another dealership. Then again in Sept 2011 I was going to trade in the 2008 Tahoe for a 2011 Suburban and call their dealership to try again (it’s the closest Chevy to me) and got the rudest sales person I have dealt with in a long time. I knew exactly what I wanted, color, options, etc. They didn’t have the truck in stock (I even did the work and found one for them to get) so I asked them to trade with another dealership for the one I wanted. This is normal. The guy acted like he was listening (but did talk over me) but when he called me back all he did was try and sell me what he had on the lot. Not even the color I was looking for let alone the options. I tried to tell him again I knew exactly what I wanted and he continued to try and sell me on what he had…and kept pushing me to come down to the dealership. He was a total prick! I will never try them again…and I’m the type to purchase a new car every 3 or 4 rears…..
Service on the other hand was great!
COMPARED TO MOST AUTOMOBILE DEALERSHIPS, I HAVE FOUND REEDMAN TOLL TO BE A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I DIDN'T EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE SO CALLED GAMES MOST DEALERS PLAY, AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A NEW OR USED CAR OR TRUCK
