Took my phone to replace the broken glass/plexiglass to this store. Cost me an exorbitant amount to repair. The employee had the personality of a pet rock . I was charged $137.00 for this repair in which they used a used glass. Also, the bent something inside the phone which has light coming thru that was not there before. Do not recommend .
After being casually blown off by the Apple Store in Lehigh Valley (even with a repair appointment), Felix (at the Oxford Valley Mall) fixed my iPad 3 in just 30 minutes!!!!!! It looks & runs like it's brand new again. Great price too! I wish I had started here!
Just repaired ipad 4 broken screen and my son's waterdamage iphone here also had wifi issue, took it to apple and they wanted $350 to get me another ipad, but I had all my pictures in it and also wanted to back it up. The staff here at Oxford Valley Mall was so helpful to get my new screen installed with no pictures lost and iphone repaired in under an hour in almost half the price I would have paid to apple.
I feel this is the best service I ever seen and the service boy MR. Mike is very co-operative and technical expert to judge the exact issue. Thanks mike.
