I wanted our air conditioner checked out and passed by Cornerstone Air on SR41 on the way to the new house in Connerton. I asked a lot of questions during their visit and the were happy to answer everyone of them. They suggested a media filtering system that would cut down on the shear number of the filters that I had replaced. They also suggested a UV light that would kill molds, mildew, bacteria, and cut down on allergins. I told them that I would get back to them. I immediately did research on the internet and tried to find the best for my allowance.

Cornerstone installed my Guardian system and the tech turned on the air conditioner to make certain that it as working properly. Within 10 minutes, I could feel the difference in my lungs. The initial feeling that I got was that everything was clearer. He said that I would really feel a difference overnight….and I did. I was able to get a good night’s sleep.

I change my filters regularly and noticed that I didn’t have constant headaches from allergy and I didn’t have my chronic bronchitis nor bouts of pneumonia. My Guardian system has been well worth the initial expenditure. It has paid for itself in saved trips to the hospital and doctor bills, and most importantly number of days that I am not sick.

My Guardian system is a quality of air system but I call it a quality of life system. It is immediate and then you live…until the light goes out. With Cornerstone Air in my corner, the service is covered by prompt efficient service. The Guardian was the best investment in health that I could have made. I have had it for almost 8 years. I put a rating of 1 for Cornerstone and reported them to the BBB. Don't know what happened to my review it appears to have disappeared which is not right since I just did it. The BBB contacted the Manager and he personally went out and repaired the dangling wires and insulation that was half complete after the installation of my new AC. They always promised to come back and fix it, however they never did. I don't know how this ever got passed a county inspection, since I had another one of my units AC replaced by We Care Air Care and now know what it takes to pull permits and how proper installations should be done. We are selling our property that Cornerstone installed the AC and knew it would never pass inspection this way. We also have an extended warranty on it as well. However Cornerstone wanted to charge us for a service call and parts to fix what THEY installed. Hence why I called the BBB. Once the BBB contacted Cornerstone, the manager came out and fixed it without a charge. I am happy the manager came out and fixed it properly now, but would never use Cornerstone again because of my experience with them.

Best A/C company in the Bay Area

Had my unit installed two years ago by Cornerstone Air and have used this company a few times for tune up and issues with the AC. This company is the most reliable, professional and knowledgeable company that I have encountered in a very long time. The employees are amicable and very knowledgeable. My A/C wasn't cooling when I got home a few nights ago, I placed a call to Cornerstone Air about 7:30 pm and my call was returned within 1/2 hour; the A/C was fixed the next morning. Kudos to them.

We've been using Cornerstone AC for a few years now and I can honestly say that they are a great organization. I've found them to be honest in their assessments of work that may or may not need to be done. Their service repairmen are clean, well-mannered, friendly, and make you feel comfortable around them -- they also take the time to explain the situation so that you understand what's going on. Their prices seem fair and reasonable, and they are available to assist you even in 'emergency' situations. I would recommend them to any of my family/friends - in fact I already have. Thank you.

Great Company - Honest Fair & Knowledgable

I recently had Cornerstone out to my house to fix my air conditioner they did a great job and provided a quick response to my call. Extremely Dishonest

Absolutely crooked. Each technician seems forced to suck money out of you. They will quote some of the most ridiculous amounts hoping you do not know what you are doing. Do your homework then call around for quotes. Just do not call these Jokers.

Great Experience!

I recently called them at the recommendation of a friend to repair my a/c. They were prompt, professional and quickly found the problem. During their visit, it was determined that a previous company had sold me a part I didn't even need. I plan to stick with Cornerstone and would definitely recommend them as being a GOOD, HONEST company.

Honest...dont think so!

Don?t call EVER.\nThere is nothing worse than a push company that only care about the bottom line. I was in need of some repairs and this company out of all the companies that I called was the worst?only caring what year my unit was and if I wanted to replace it ..They were very rude when I asked about repairs only and I was told that my unit needed to be replaced without them even looking at it! If you need a good A/C company or HONEST company this is not the one?..beware of this company the will rip you off and tell you that your unit can?t be repaired but in FACT I did have it repaired and NOT replaced and for thousands of dollars less then what they told me OVER THE PHONE.\n

Hi,\nI could not register on your page to give feedback, so I thought I would give this address a try. Briefly, I had a nonfunctioning (non-cooling) split unit in Brandon about two weeks ago. I called one of your competitors, (initials O.H.A) and they sent a technician that evening. His only solution to my problem was complete system replacement, and he would have it done that very night. After speaking with my wife we decided to get a second opinion, as his prices seemed high. We called you the next day, and received an appointment later in the day. Not only was your tech, Chris personable and informative, but also HONEST! He was able to replace a dead capacitor and a fan motor for a fraction of the cost of the ""Big Guys"", but also explained my several options, as my unit is, truthfully coming towards the end of its service life. In closing, I'll say that your service was head and shoulders above the others, your honesty was a breath of fresh air, and when the time comes, I will only do business with Cornerstone when its time to replace my system. \n \nThank you Cornerstone and thank you Chris. Cornerstone air conditioning

It's all about sales and service! I had quotes from Cornerstone and a competitor. Both were very similar. Cornerstone's quote was a few dollars more then the competitor but Cornerstone won my bid because of James' knowledge of his product and his enthusiasm to answer all my questions. My house lacked adequate air return and he knew exactly what needed to be done to make up the difference. Installation of the new unit was done by AJ & Matt in one day. They were very professional in their work, keeping to the task until it was finished and I was satisfied with the final product. I asked many technical questions which they answered with ease and knowledge one gets only from being well trained and versed in their craft.\nI am very impressed with what I have seen from Cornerstone and expect they will be my a/c company of choice for years to come.



Just a tad high on parts.

Just had the $49 air unit checked. Did a very good job and looked at everything. The whole system like the owner is a bit long in the tooth (but not stupid). It appears I had a 370 volt capacitor that was on it's last legs sooooo-A call to the boss got me a special discounted price for this part of $111.00. Just to be safe I went on line to see the cost I to get this capacitor. I could get the same thing for $10.00

The workers do a great job, but beware the price of their replacement parts.

Take into consideration that you can look online and find any thing cheaper.We are trained lic,and insured we pay for that with our service we have employees such as the office staff who take the call the tech in the field making the repairs then you have gas for the truck and insurances it cost alot to do buisness our prices are very fair compaired to most companys and our service is better

Best deal in town with great customer service!

I talked to 4 other Heating & Air companies and was offered the best cost to value proposal from Cornerstone. The others were very good but Cornerstone heating and Air gave me a great deal. They were a pleasure to work with and completed the job on time. The next day I had a question for them, and they returned my call immediatly. This is a company that is customer driven and knows how to treat them right.
