I like this place and I eat there so much they know me. I eat the same thing every time. When they see me they just start putting my food in a box. They know my name. But on Memorial Day my chicken was cold. Next day I had warm chicken wrong prices. I went 6-4 and I said how long has the chicken been up and was told not "too long". It was not hot. I don't want to change to Holden Chick but this needs to stop. I didn't talk to Gavin because I have a good relationship with the employees. Stopped in to get 4 drinks. Waited 20 minutes for order to be taken, and another 10 to get our drinks. The service and order mistakes have put this Sonic on the bottom of our fast food list. From here on out we use other fast food establishments.

So it's ten till ten and the doors to Chicken Express are locked, so can't order inside. Drive through is six cars deep. So I got into drive thru, just now ordering 7 mins after 10 still 3 cars in front of me. Oh and they are out of everything you can only what they have left. I love chicken express. Only one time on.Sunday night after work at 9pm went by for my family ordered 8pc mixed. I got 4.thighs 2brst,1wing, and1 legs. Called chicken express the girl said I should ck my order next time. She tried to say I got 8pc.I say if they didn't havewhat I wanted they should have ask me if the subs was ok. the only person that eat thighs is me. I will check my order from now on.
The service is horrible, the cashier acted rude and unreasonable, with the food being either undercooked, the cook probably didnt wash his hands while handling the chicken, as he would always scratch towards his crouch and then proceed to serve the chicken, I WOULD NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN, and i would advise you to EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DONT WANT ANY STOMACH PROBLEMS!!
Incompetent staff- never get orders correct. Usually because the order taker is making drinks and handing out food at the drive thru.. We just gave up and don't go there anymore unless it is for a drink only.
I did tell my friend about this place, but it was not nice. I visited the drive thru on 09-18-13 at 5:30p. My order totaled $20 plus. I mistakenly ask for the thighs to be replaced with wings, but actually needed the breasts replaced with the wings. I pulled up away from the window to check my order because there were a few cars behind me. I circled back around the drive thru and ask for the 2 breasts to be replaced with wings. I was told by the manager Gavin that he could not do that. I did not understand why since I did not leave the premises. I had just made a purchase there Sunday and thought I would return today. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received and I will not return to this Chicken Express.
I love the food here, but I wish the service was better sometimes.
