My experience at rebound was excellent And the staff was excellent and the therapist are amazing they have good classes and if u take in what they teach u will get the help u deserve
Rebound was the best thing that ever happened to me. They helped me tremendously. The staff was awesome and very friendly. Even the patients there were also very friendly. I left there feeling so more like myself than I have in a long time. I was more focused and ready to begin the next chapter in my life. Thanks to Rebound.
Groups are structured and helpful. The classes consisted of various ways of learning so things would not become repetitive or boring. The entire staff during my stay was amazing. I left more hopeful and calm than ever.
They offered a very supportive, positive environment to learn new skills such as cbt. I left with a toolbox full of tools and skills to help me in my ongoing recovery.

Rebound could be a great treatment program if it were managed appropriately. There is limited structure. The doctor changed my medications but did not keep me long enough to monitor them. Staff are overworked and burned out. This facility is not recommended if you are sincere in getting the help. They will leave you feeling more hopeless then when you get there.
This is a new facility and they are not operating at a capacity that is therapeutic in any way shape or form. I have never experienced anything in the behavioral health field as poorly managed as this place. I have taken some serious grievances with this company that have not been resolved to date. Please reconsider your options.
