My husband and I just moved to Lancaster and was told to visit this store for tobacco and tubes. We roll our own. We have visited Jack's 3 times and will not go back. Their tobacco and tubes are over priced, we found a place in Lesslie that sells them for half the cost they charge.2nd and most important the one's serving us were so unfriendly, never smiled was not helpful in any way at all. Very poor customer service.3rd we tried using our card for less than $7.00 and was told we had to spend at least that on our card. We had to go back to the atm just to get $5 to get a box of tubes. WE WILL NOT GO BACK HERE AT ALL AGAIN
