Craigann Biggs was extremely unprofessional and rude. The way she talked to me was very condescending and she acted like she couldn't wait for me to get out the door. Everytime I asked a question, she responded in a way that made me feel very stupid and she acted like I should've already known all the answers. Very harsh and uncaring. I would not recommend.
I give this company 1 star because it wouldnt allow me to give zero. this is the absolutely worst company to work for. They are very unprofessional and under staff so you get stuck doing a double shift cause all their clients are 24 hour cases. And they fail to call you when they get a call off. You don't know your stuck until you call in.
