not a good customer service experience. On a reorder, there was a 10 day delay on a standard product. Then I was overcharged because they didn't actually get the insurance company approved charges. 40 days later I received the EOB from insurance company which indicated I was overcharged. Called the billing department who insisted that I paid the correct amount. Took 3 days for that error to be acknowledged. Was told the refund would take "up to 30 days"; it is now 46 days later and still no refund.
