Say what you will about Rick, but I've had nothing but good experiences with him. I've been a tenant of his property for just about 3 years and every time I've had a problem I'll email him and someone is at my house to correct the situation the next day. I emailed him last night that my septic tank had backed up, the septic tank truck was here by the time I woke up this morning. It's a mutual respect, I pay my rent on time every month (never been late) and he does his part!!! My sister rents from him also and she's always raved about him as well!
He is very unprofessional. First the bottom room wasn't done on time when we moved in and we weren't told until we called after we showed up to move it. Second, it took forever for to get those repairs finished and call us back. Third, I called and reported that we were having an issue with the well (which turned out there was an issue with the electric) and took 48 hours to call us back and then another 24 hours to get someone out to fix so we were without water for 3 days. The final straw was the septic needed to be pumped and we called and he said that we were lying, that the septic was just pumped before we moved in. We call a friend who owned a septic company to take a look and he even said it needed to be pumped. Rick refused. So we left as we couldn't live without being able to use a toilet. We gave 30 days notice. He then proceeded to try to sue us by saying we broke the lease. It was dismissed by the judge when we showed the notarized letter and receipt signed by one of his secretaries. The owner then fired him after we brought the septic issue to his attention.
This place is horrible!! The people that work there are beyond inadequate aka Barb!! That woman is so unprofessional. How she made it this far is beyond me. She is worthless. The other reviews are correct... Nothing gets fixed! I'm sure they still get there pay check weekly, while we wait months for things to be fixed. Yet expected to keep paying the full rent ( their pay ck)!!! If you do not pay your rent on time (a day late) Barb is on the phone threatening to sue you through the District Court (I have a vmail to confirm) Absolutely absurd!!! Do not rent thru this place!! Not worth the aggravation or headache. Especially not worth the $$$$
I really like this place. The new landlord is friendly and helps out as much as he can. Maintenance is excellent-they're always available when you need them. The location is perfect. the neighborhood is nice and the people are friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
If you find yourself anywhere near Kathy muzevich, run away as fast as you can.. Karma is going to catch up to her one day.
Ignore the first reviewer's complaining, not even town has a huge level one hospital. However this place has been like a resort since the day they opened. The food is amazing, the ENTIRE staff is above and beyond awesome!
I'm not sure why the first reviewer claims she had such a bad experience, but our experience with two babies in 2009 and 2014 were both excellent. In fact, Women and Babies is widely recognized as the premier birthing hospital in Central Pennsylvania, and regionally, I know many women who choose to have their babies here and are very happy with the decision. The doctors were friendly, the staff was caring, and the suites and food were awesome! Compared to the supposedly "upscale" hospital our second child was born at in California, Women and Babies is a dream. We highly recommend it, especially to those women working directly with LGH affiliated doctors who can plan their deliveries ahead of time. We used Lancaster Physicians for Women, and we love the doctors there too!
Rick is an unprofessional, rude, and lying jerk. He handles matters with less compassion than the grinch and with as much class as a spoiled rotten child. He will not address issues the first time they are mentioned. Wen he does address an issue he makes it out to be the tenant's fault and yells in your face. All he cares about is money and he sees each tenant as just another paycheck, rather than as a human being.
Rick is by far the most rude "professional" that I've encountered. I am the emergency contacts for one if his tenants, and when I received a voicemail about an issue with the apartments electricity, he was more concerned about the refrigerator than the tenants well being. When I called him to ask about his message, he said " I've had the pleasant experience- I mean unpleasant- of walking in on someone dead in my apartment". This man is truly heartless, cares only about taking your money, and is absolutely useless when you go to him for help.
i have a problem with your management your owners are slumlords you don't give a damn about your resident all they care about is money the living conditions and the maintenance suck it takes weeks to get something fixed and then when you bring it to their attention they find something wrong to turn it on you and iv had it i will be leaving as soon as i can and i will be bombarding all the sites that you have adds on with negativity because you are all slumlords that don't give a damn.
