The staff is efficient and friendly but Dr. Adrien Hazbun is distant and dismissive.
While describing the back pain which was the reason for the visit he was looking through my files and gave me some advice regarding an allergy I saw him about last year.(dust mites,he told me to wash my pillow more often).
After examining me he told me to avoid bending and heavy lifting.
I told him that I'm a concrete mason and bending and heavy lifting are an almost constant part of my job.
On his note to my employer he wrote That I could return to work the next day with no restrictions.

This is one of the worst doctor offices I have ever been to. They don't treat you like a person, they treat you like a number. Find someplace else that's what I did. I would never recommend these doctors in these offices to anyone!!

I give one star for Cindy..When I started going there I had Dr Riley he left..he was the best. Started seeing Gerstein he was good at first but then began his anti smoking lessons. I went in there with pain and throwing up blood he said it was the cigarette and soda that was causing it and he was not going to give me nothing because all I was gonna do was go home and smoke and drink soda. So I went home few days later Cindy saw me, send me for test and I had a stomach full of blood from bleeding ulcers. Started seeing hausbum or however its spelled with a sinus infection and was told that I was o lying wasting his time because I smoked, my friend who was with me flipped on him for his comment. I get that smoking is not healthy but neither is alcohol,food full of chemicals, our water loaded with drugs, fumes from cars and factories etc doesn't change the fact that you took and oath and chose this career. You get paid so how am I wasting your time when you're living off of our illnesses? Now receptionist talk your business with their friends I caught them doing it and the supervisor dismissed it though I was told by others there that it was not the first time. I also know one there who has extracurricular illegal habits and loves to talk at the bar about patients she sees there. I used to live this place...shame

Called me to cancel an appointment because the time they allotted was not enough. About a week later I received a letter in the mail as a first notice that my no show was unacceptable and that if I did it again they would "dismiss" me from their very busy practice. As if I care, you're not the only Doc in town. Put the leather bag away and get over yourself, its not 1700, wake up. The letter was rude and pathetic and written from someone who learned customer service in the Stone Age. By the way, this was an appointment to review concerning blood work from 2012 that no one ever called me back about that a newer doctor caught in my file now that is 2016. Good riddance. Please send me my dismassal!

I am attempting to transfer my records and they tried to charge me $35.00. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU log a complaint with your insurance company.

Here is an issue I can't give them a lower grade. The problem is that the doctors are set in their ways, lacking in care and the staff is nothing but a waste of human space.

I had to locate a pain specialist without office help. When I requested that something be sent it took 8 calls within a 4 week period to get anything done.

Dr. Perlis thinks she knows how to manage pain BUT SHE IS MORE IGNORANT AND COULD CARE LESS WHAT A PATIENT NEEDS.

Additionally never schedule with Dr. Joyce Vafeas. She has no idea of time management and you will sit hours for an appointment. I had her first appointment of the day and she was still 40 minutes late.(Leola)

This office gets five thumbs down is the most horrible service I've ever inquired when you go for your visit prepare to wait at least 45 minutes if you need to get a hold of your doctor prepare to drive there and see them in person because they do not answer the phone the service I had here the last three years is absolutely trash should not even be in practice so think twice if you want to come to this doctor's office if you have any important medical conditions don't play around with this place you'll be in a box sooner than you should
