Paul Davis Restoration of Lancaster And Lebanon Counties

When I contacted Paul Davis about water damage, they told me they were a full service company and would not only dry my floor/ceiling but they would fix it too. My floor was dried in June. A person came out to look at damages on the last day of June. As of August 12, I have not had calls returned.

They left my 2nd floor bathroom in unusable condition. They ripped up the linoleum even going so far as to leave the toilet unstable because the linoleum was ripped out from under it in places. . They placed a tiny piece of brown paper on the bare boards which would not stop water from going through the floor. The paper is only around the sink.

By now the small area of wet floor would have dried. The plumber had removed all the portions of wet ceiling, so only a small area of floor was wet when they tested.

I don't feel that this company deserves payment.

Immediate responses to our questions and John W. was at our house the next day for a consult. He was very professional and knowledgable. We are so impressed by the response and service we received and will definitely recommend this Paul Davis to any friends or family. Anyone who gets to work with John W. should know that they are in great hands.

Do not hire Paul Davis in Lancaster! They are ambulance chasers. They tune into the fire departments' radios and show up at sites of house fires, claiming the insurance company sent them and making distraught home owners sign contracts. Then they pad bills and charge for items that are beyond restoring. Company will not work with customers on resolving those issues.
