Absolutely TERRIBLE cost & service!

My boss has been taking his car here to be washed ever since he moved up here from Florida in June of 2010. They have been charging him obscene amounts of money for terrible service. They do not dry it off properly which causes streaks, they leave the break dust on the wheels (and these are supposed to be cleaned), etc. He has also been having trouble with them not cleaning his seats in the interior, and he (or the employee that takes his car in) requests this every time they go in to get his car washed. When he called this morning, the woman told him it would be an extra $75.00 for the interior to be done. This sounded like a really high amount, but he needed it to be done. After the car was finished, our employee looked over it to see if they had done everything, and of course they hadn't! When she asked them about it, they said that would cost an additional $13.00 per seat and around $20 for the bench seat in the back. Now if you look at the totals that would be $25 for the wash, $75 for the interior, and approximately $46 for the seats. This totals to $146.00! Why would the woman he talked to this morning have not told him about the extra cost for the seats when he was asking about it. Seems a little fishy to us. When he lived in Florida he was able to go to a car wash and have all of this and then some more done to his car for $16.00. I would NOT recommend Cloister to anyone.
