This maaco is head and shoulders above the maaco in York... I've had 3 cars painted at Maaco 2 at York 1 in Lancaster. After having my last car painted in Lancaster I have to say that not all maaco shops are equal. The manager was very friendly and he listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. The other maaco left overs pray on my wheels and exhaust but this time everything was taped right Lancaster now has my future business and they should get your as well

my 2002 Ram bed over the rear wheels was rusted all the way through, took it to maaco they were the only shop that would fix rust, they cut out the rust and replaced with all new metal panels, theylet me in shop to see the progress which was nice... it did take them longer than expected tbh but my truck looks good as new

This is an amendment to my previous review below so take that as you will. After reviewing the errors/issues with the original paint job, the owners did decide to bring the vehicle back in and make amends to all of the issues I had brought to their attention. And they did so in a very timely fashion. I wished this had been the case right from the get go but never the less they did fix what needed to be fixed. The paint job/body work looks wonderful and Im very happy with the outcome. As is most people that look at the work. Im very glad everything worked out

These guys are liars and completely unprofessional. Same story as others, had the car for months saying they were going to do it right. Car came back with a great paint job but lots of imperfections or problems with other parts of the car. They fixed some issues but told me to "get out, go" when I addressed further problems that they claimed to have fixed. Don't spend your money here as it is wasted on poor quality and poor customer satisfaction. Owner doesn't care about producing quality work and repeat business and neither is his delinquent son who runs it.

Maaco in Lacaster, Pa. not only didn't do the work they were paid to do, after keeping my car for a month, but they also created thousands of dollars of additional damages to my car. The mechanical work they did left the car unsafe to drive, as confirmed by the dealer who repaired their mechanical negligence. Their body work has confused every one who has evaluated it and worked on it. Where they were paid to remove and replace, they carved up spare parts and piece worked the car back together with soldering (had to be more expensive to do than the work they were hired to do, unless they paid a manual laborer minimum wage to put the car back together like a cheap puzzle)...no primer. According to the shop that's fixing the car now, that would have been a water damage nightmare in a years' time. Where they were paid to remove and paint, they taped and painted, causing $1300 in overspray damages. If you value your safety and your car, don't take it there!
