My husband and I have lived here for about 2 years and have had 3 leaks from the upstairs apartment crack and stain our ceiling. We had to pay a fortune for water mitigation and lo and behold we have another leak. Despite paying 320 dollars a month in fees we were told by an incompetent attendant that there is nothing they can do to stop the leak upstairs despite the fact that the upstairs neighbor was out. Irresponsible, poorly trained staff in a condo that charges a fortune for the worst service I've ever experienced. Stay away from here. Don't fall for estate agents and their sales offers.
