We received a cookware set for our wedding in October of 2010. Recently, the set has begun to show wear and some of the finish has started coming off. I emailed customer service and told them how long we had the set and what was going on with it. Their response was to return it for store credit. The rep also said they want their customers to be 100% satisfied, that there was no time limit on returns, we didn't need a receipt, and it didn't need the original packaging. My husband and I took the set to the Lancaster, PA store, and Mike Wynn helped us out. He offered to upgrade us to the brand's higher level of cookware at an even trade. This set contained more pieces and included a free gift of a Dutch oven. He also advised us what we should use to scrub our pots with. We left extremely satisfied, with a brand new upgraded cookware set, and spent only $5 on the recommended scrubber. We will definitely continue shopping here!
