Snobby, dishonest, greedy, and condescending. Their instruments are nothing to write home about. Just because you guys dress fancy doesn't mean you're genuine people. There's better music stores with better instruments and down-to-earth people. Try Ken's Music or Tom's Music Center.

I can say it was very unprofessional. Staff didn't really know their instruments. I had come in to buy a used clarinet. What I was presented was a nice piece of plastic that looked shiny that was made under their guesses in either China or the Philaphines and they wanted $700 for it. But couldn't tell me anything else about it and what makes it worth $700. When I passed on that particular clarinet the woman supposedly helping me left me alone during the rest of the time I was in the store and did not bother offering any other selections or suggestions. So with their attitude I bought a few items while I was there and went to their competitor. With their rudeness who really needs them? I'm a violinist of 33 years and finishing my Master's in music but I also have to learn another instrument to round things off for me, I make it a point to learn everything about my instruments that I play so should I run into someone like these type of people at this music store, I'm not easily deceived. In my opinion don't go there, find a better music store.
