I'm really sorry to write a bad review about this store as it's a lovely shop with a great selection on offer. The problem is the advertised discounts and the staffs incomptancey to calculate it properly and then charge you the incorrect amount. When challenged that it's not right they try to explain incorrectly how it's calculated and argue black and blue that it's right. Sorry but you lost 9 sales today because of it.

Very R-U-D-E cashier. When he saw my return bag, he told me i should look around-2x, not 1 -I have to buy something to make up for a return!?!?Then, he told me i should not use online shopping, but come into the store. #1. How many of us women order several sizes sometimes?? Pt #2. What is online shopping for??? WHY do you offer online shopping? This is the 1st time i have ever ordered anything from Charlotte Russe, and I think it will be my last. And last, but not least, after he finished the return, he had the audacity to tell me that the cut open online order bag i had brought the 2 skirts back in was mine to keep. I got a 'nice' final impression that he wanted to be rude to me. He doesn't want to throw away my bag for me??In my shopping experiences, i have never encountered someone like this. My advice is, if you will never need to return anything, feel free to shop this Charlotte Russe. However, if you may need to do any kind of return, don't even enter this store!
My husband bought me a pair of boots, and we had to return them. He had paid $180.00 for my boots, and they were just not comfortable. The manager seemed a bit irritated, even though we met the criteria for the return policy. I walked over to look at another option. I overheard the manager telling the sales associate that we had waited until 4:30 to show up and now we only had a half hour until the store closed. She walked back into the stock room. The two sales associates that were in the store just stood in front of the counter. They never offered to help us. There was no one else in the store. I suppose other people are aware that if the store closes in a half hour, don't bother to shop. I went home and ordered 2 pair of boots online for a little less than the price my husband had spent on one pair.

Just visited RB Shap last evening and was very disappointed with the lack of any customer service. Nobody said hello when we walked in, spent 15 minutes looking at shoes and had two pair I wanted to try on and could not get an associate to help me. My girlfirend was looking at boots and again nobody would even look at her. There were only 5-6 customers in the store the entire time and we finally walked out. The lady looked our way and walked away. We are a mid 30's professional couple wearing jeans and jackets and were made to feel that we did not belong in the store. I was looking at 2 pairs of mens shoes over $125 each and she wanted a $219 pair of boots. We walked away without buying a thing because of the attitude in this store. I was warned by others before going in that this was common for this store. It's a shame because they do have some very nice shoes, but I'll buy elsewhere.
