Very displeased with my ordering experience with WEBstaurantStore. I had place an order for Lime Juice on Monday the April 28th, with an "estimated" delivery date of May 1st-2nd. Perfectly acceptable considering they have a NV warehouse AND delivered in plenty of time for "Cinco De Mayo". I was concerned that my small order took 2 days to ship, BUT given that the estimated delivery was updated Saturday May 3rd I was still confident and happy. However, there was NO delivery yesterday (May 3rd) by 6pm and when I was able to contact Customer Service this morning I was told that my delivery date is ACTUALLY May 7th,8th. Obviously, had my "estimated delivery date" been Monday OR had I known my item was going to be shipped from their PA ware to California I would have made different shipping arrangements to ensure my item would arrive in time. Customer Service merely offered a discount on a restocking fee from their normal 30% to 20%. However, given that the price of my item was $7 that savings would amount to $0.70. Ground shipping was $16! and I would still be responsible to pay to have the item shipped back. CLEARLY the offer was symbolic at best, and was nothing of an REALLY solution. My advise to ANYONE ordering BE SURE TO CLEARLY STATE WHEN YOU NEED YOUR ITEM/S BY IN THE COMMENTS WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER regardless what they tell you is the estimated delivery. Don't learn the hard way like I did and have them tell you one date, ONLY for it to be offer by 7 DAYS!. This was my first, and most likely LAST order with WEBstaurantStore.

JP Welliver is my Platinum sales rep and he's the greatest!! There is never a problem that JP can't fix. I can't say enough about this place... they are, hands down, the best in this type industry.

Bought a roll of 3X8 plastic bag for silver ware. It was free shipping as they stated in ebay. After 2 weeks FedEx sent me an invoice for $199.35. Contact seller 5 times and every time they said it was their mistake and they will take care of it. Well, after over 4 months FedEx still sent me invoice and they said, they will send to collection. The roll of plastic bag only cost $45 and it weight 2lbs. This is a very bad company and bad services. Never gonna buy from them again.
