Well it was the worst ever.i was set up and lied to.i told the sale manager melissa that I'f the numbers are right we will have a deal in sale.but if not I'm keeping my car.i told her no rollover from my v.w to the next loan..she said she will take care of me...she than said the rebates took care of the negative..in the office with Brain I asked is there a rollover. He said your on camera and never answered my question. And distracted me and went on signing the papers and never said yes cindy there is.and at that point he should of.its his job.i told them up front I did not want a rollover and number needed to be right..they took advantage of my disability. And never pointed it out to me when I asked about the rollover. Shame on them. Now I have and almost 5000.dallors rollover that I did not want..and in front of my daughter and another sale dealer melissa heard me say the numbers need to be right and no rollover..and she said cindy I will take care of you..she lied and I trusted her.now she got me in the whole..sad but very true.
By far the worst customer service! Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes they rather put it all on the consumer. GM has no professionalism as all does is hang up on his customers when he disagrees with you.
I bought 2 cars here. I had no issues with the 1st but 2 weeks later we bought another for my husband. We both now have marks on our credit reports due to LM not paying off his trade in. Then yesterday(5/4/17) I get our new insurance cards in the mail and his is still for the car we traded in (they never switched the insurance either!) I will never buy from them or suggest that anyone else does ever again! Buyer beware they have no clue how to deal with paperwork! I will say the sales staff and service departments seem to be nice and helpful.
My experience buying my car was very nice. Trystin was awesome and I love what I drive!! My problem lies with my trade in! If you have a loan on your trade in, DO NOT buy your car here!!! I bought my car at the end of February(the 25th) and the trade in loan is still NOT paid off! I didn't realize this until I got a call from the bank regarding my payment. I went in to get it sorted out and they stated to give them a week. It has been a week and it is still no paid! The bank doesn't have any record that they have even tried to pay it! I went in today and they stated the payment is supposed to go out this week. I saw on their website they are selling my car though. I'm not sure how they are allowed to sell a car that still has an existing loan on it?!?
We were there for an oil change on my husband's Jeep Wrangler. Even though the service technician that would have done the service wasn't in that day we were served in a prompt and timely manner.
Great place to work! Staff is very hard working and Professional. They do there best to get you fixed and on the road.
I had a Groupon coupon for a $16 inspection for my son's car. I told them when I took it in that I was concerned they would find a lot of things "wrong" with his car because I was using a coupon. They assured me they are fair and honest. We were told it would take 1 1/2 hours. That's a long time for an inspection. We came back after 1 1/2 hours and it was still on the lift. All 4 tires were off. Usually only 2 are removed - 1 from the front, one from the back. We were given a list of things that needed to be done to pass inspection totaling close to $1300. I told them to put the wheels on and we left. I took it to our usual mechanic and he found only $230 worth of work that needed to be done to pass. Bottom line - I will never return to Lancaster Mitsubishi for any work on my cars. If you're thinking of purchasing a groupon coupon for your inspection - DON'T DO IT! It will be the most expensive inspection you've ever had.
Jimmy and David were very courteous and professional addressing my concerns with my Jeep Liberty. I visit my sister in Lancaster frequently throughout the year. It's good to have a reputable place to service my car should I have the need.
bought 2013 used Chevy Malibu, was told I get free oil changes, free state inspection, and free car washes for the length I own the car. took car in for state inspection twice since I own the car and both times the bill was over three hundred dollars, with them claiming certain items were bad and had to be replaced, when I asked to see the bad parts, I was told that they had to turn them into the parts dealer, and no longer had my bad parts. sorry, but, I do not believe them and I no longer trust them as a repair shop. when ever I go to have my car washed, some-one there must drive your car thru the tunnel, and they always readjust your seats and readjust the radio. this is not acceptable.
Everything was fine, time waiting exactly what they stated, and everything else was good. . .
