Well it was the worst ever.i was set up and lied to.i told the sale manager melissa that I'f the numbers are right we will have a deal in sale.but if not I'm keeping my car.i told her no rollover from my v.w to the next loan..she said she will take care of me...she than said the rebates took care of the negative..in the office with Brain I asked is there a rollover. He said your on camera and never answered my question. And distracted me and went on signing the papers and never said yes cindy there is.and at that point he should of.its his job.i told them up front I did not want a rollover and number needed to be right..they took advantage of my disability. And never pointed it out to me when I asked about the rollover. Shame on them. Now I have and almost 5000.dallors rollover that I did not want..and in front of my daughter and another sale dealer melissa heard me say the numbers need to be right and no rollover..and she said cindy I will take care of you..she lied and I trusted her.now she got me in the whole..sad but very true.

the customer service at this store is first rate. I had been looking for this one part at three other auto part stores and no one wanted to take the time to find me this one part. When I got to this Pep Boys store I told the woman that was helping me that I didn't think that she would be able to find the part that I needed. and let me tell you this young woman took the time and fount me the part that I needed at a great price. Her attitude was great. she was professional.
I have had my car for a year now and it is still in 100% condition! One of the best places to go to when you're short on cash but still need a reliable car asap!!
By far the worst customer service! Instead of taking responsibility for their mistakes they rather put it all on the consumer. GM has no professionalism as all does is hang up on his customers when he disagrees with you.
This maaco is head and shoulders above the maaco in York... I've had 3 cars painted at Maaco 2 at York 1 in Lancaster. After having my last car painted in Lancaster I have to say that not all maaco shops are equal. The manager was very friendly and he listened to me and gave me exactly what I asked for. The other maaco left overs pray on my wheels and exhaust but this time everything was taped right Lancaster now has my future business and they should get your as well
HORRIBLE.It took 10 days to change a spark plug, they performed work before informing me of what needed done, and they told me they need to replace a part that doesn't even exist on my car.Not to mention their tow truck put a HOLE in my bumper.
my 2002 Ram bed over the rear wheels was rusted all the way through, took it to maaco they were the only shop that would fix rust, they cut out the rust and replaced with all new metal panels, theylet me in shop to see the progress which was nice... it did take them longer than expected tbh but my truck looks good as new
