Very R-U-D-E cashier. When he saw my return bag, he told me i should look around-2x, not 1 -I have to buy something to make up for a return!?!?Then, he told me i should not use online shopping, but come into the store. #1. How many of us women order several sizes sometimes?? Pt #2. What is online shopping for??? WHY do you offer online shopping? This is the 1st time i have ever ordered anything from Charlotte Russe, and I think it will be my last. And last, but not least, after he finished the return, he had the audacity to tell me that the cut open online order bag i had brought the 2 skirts back in was mine to keep. I got a 'nice' final impression that he wanted to be rude to me. He doesn't want to throw away my bag for me??In my shopping experiences, i have never encountered someone like this. My advice is, if you will never need to return anything, feel free to shop this Charlotte Russe. However, if you may need to do any kind of return, don't even enter this store!

STAY FAR AWAY. They will sell you junk and appliances that dont work. You will regret purchasing anything from this company. I will say I will tell everyone I know and I know allot of people. you have no idea.
My wife & I were in the market for a new dishwasher. After reviewing several models online, we went to several different places in Lancaster to compare prices. Harris TV not only had employees very willing to help and answer questions, but the owner, Mike, was available to assist as well. They gave us a no-nonsense best price, never pressured us, and let us consider all of our options. They beat everyone elses price, had the best price on delivery & install, and are able to service the diswasher should we need it. The install and delivery were right on time. Now if I can only convince my wife on the LG flatscreen TV...........
