I just got hung up on when I called the Walmart store on Lincoln Highway in Lancaster PA. I called to ask what the cut off time was when making a payment on a Walmart Credit card (which I have but will be canceling). The manager Crystal was extremely rude, and disrespectful. I have managed stores for years and never would I have spoken to a customer like the way she spoke to me. She said she did not know the cut off time and that I should call the credit card company. I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was the manager, and I asked her why is it that she didn't know. When I asked to speak to another manager or someone else who was knowledgeable on the subject. She proceeded to become defensive and told me to call another Walmart, and hung up. I know I am just a little ripple in a very big pond, but I will leave as many reviews, and tell everyone I come into contact with about the horrible service I received when calling that store. I have always continued to shop at Walmarts despite all the negative things people have said about their shopping and customer experiences. Even when I called back to ask again and asked for the manager she identified herself, I told her I was the lady that called about the credit card question, and not even an apology, no remorse for her poor behavior. She told me to go ahead and call corporate....this is who you have in supervisory positions? Extremely disappointing.
Terrible customer service. Bad attitudes, and do not care about the customers needs. Only looking out for themselves.
This company is someone I would never purchase from again. Their customer service team is inadequate, and their management consists of a bunch of used car salesman types. Not to mention they knowingly hire crooks who end up serving decade sentences in prison for stealing....Not the type of people you want to trust to do an ethical transaction...When I brought my issue up to the CEO, he was on vacation and took 2 weeks to even reply. Then he ran a bunch of used car salesman lines to me in hopes that I would fall for his sales pitch apology....
