Aspen Fitness Club

This place is now called 'South Beach Fitness'. I do NOT recommend that anyone sign up there based on three factors: 1. They over charge your EFT/Debit/Credit card frequently for your monthly dues. 2. There are numerous pieces of cardio equipment that are NOT operational, despite members paying a additional $33 equipment upgrade fee per year (as of Oct 2012, 6 of 10 treadmills do not work). 3. They have on the order of 4,000 paying members (active and inactive) between three locations, thus their facilities are very crowded making it very difficult to attend or use the equipment. The ownership has changed hands and the name has been changed recently, which also throws caution into the mix. Bottom line: Go to a smaller facility, even if it costs more. South Beach Fitness is certainly NOT worth the money.
