Was a semi-frequent customer until today. Placed an order last week in the middle of the afternoon, they were not busy. They said 15 minutes for pickup, I showed up 15-20 minutes after I ordered and I paid. I proceeded to wait 15-20 additional minutes to receive my food. The person working there says that they credited my account for the food. (Not my credit card I paid cash) I tell them that it was no problem waiting but I appreciate them doing that. Get my food home and it's cold, fully cooked just no longer hot. This leaves me wondering what they were doing with it for 15-20 minutes extra? But I'm thinking it's free so I just warmed it up in the microwave. Today I decide to try them again, planned on using my credit towards ordering a few pizzas for people watching the osu game. Person on the phone says there is no record of this happening or any credit on my account.... Maybe I just got unlucky, but it seems there is a pattern of people not knowing what is going on there, leading to poor customer service. Needless to say I ordered elsewhere, going to avoid donatos, at least this location, for a long time.
Lousy service and no customer service... Ordered pizza online early in the day for delivery in the evening. We called when the pizza was 15 minutes late - got put on hold 3 times and then told they were behind but our pizza was on the way. We live less than a mile from the restaurant The lukewarm pizza arrived 30 minutes later. No apology. We complained to Papa Johns and they said the owner/operator would be in touch shortly - that was a week ago.
If your looking for real Italian food then your going to the right place.

My goodness I don't know what you have done but my pizza was eatiable but not as good as in the past and I have been a regular customer for awhile and I think you all are using cheaper ingredients. Cutting corners? WOW I don't think I will order again. Guess I will have to shop around.
