WHile your office is easy enough to deal with, the products (Companies) are not as easy to do business with.
On a claim a few years back I could not contact them at all. It's difficult to be in a position of trying to claim large damages and not having anyone to call because it's night or a weekend.
Same with transferring auto insurance. I bought a new vehicle and couldn't transfer coverage to the new car because it was Saturday. Neither the company nor your office would answer a phone.
