Crew lethargic and emotionless, always out of coffee in the morning and out of various food items everytime we go.
Several months ago we saved up the money to travel to Southern California on a family trip to Disneyland, and to show my kids where I grew up and the areas I used to visit a lot such as backpacking the Mojave Desert. While driving, I noticed a sign and wanted to let my kids (all teenagers themselves) have a "REAL" chocolate malt as I grew up with. So of course we went to Fosters Freeze. The young girl that made them made my families "original style" chocolate malts, not with "vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup" but with plain chocolate ice cream. when I asked that she make them "correctly" she became angry and blurted out that she had and that she worked there, not me, so she knew what she was doing and that I didn't know what I was talking about! So much for the wonderful malts Foster's Freeze used to be known for that I wanted my family to try for themselves ......... and the so called "service" was even worse!!! I hope one day somebody will get nostalgic and show the employees how to make the Chocolate Malts you would expect from an "Old Fashioned Foster's Freeze"
Well at approximately 7:45 on Nov 23 2016 my mom and i went through the drive through and got a few filet I fishes and we ordered on w the sauce on the side and then the other 2 were regular but we purchased an extra side of sause anyways they didnt give us the correct order they put xtra sauce on 2 and made the other plain and then got mad when we requested the order we asked for the way we ordered it. Then the manager came out fuentas was her last name I think. Anyways she ended up taking my burger back to trash it and give me a new one instead of Just giving us s side that we paid for. Well my mom said "I think that policy is dumb" and the main manager of this store then said yelled out the drive through window "no your dumb!!". We then parked and let her know what we thought of her professionalism and lack there of and how we WILL be reporting this to her manager and corporate. She gave us a cell number to some other last that never called me back and sounded like she didnt even work for McDonald's. So ya I'm on a mission to get that cancer it of that place.
They had one job and they messed that up. How hard is it to get a one meal order right when you're making $10 an hour?
Brand new location, they don't know how to make hot anything except flour tortillas and beans. Enchiladas are crappy, dry and tough, and cilantro all over the darn place. You've got to do better to get my business, I'll go somewhere else if this is your best!!
Great customer service. The food is fresh and it taste really good.
why does the order taker bother to ask you what you want when they end up giving you what they want to give you? when you ask for a hamburger without onions, you expect a hamburger without onions, not for the smart mouth girl behind the counter to tell you to "just pull them out. there's not that many. Haha" if I have to remake my hamburger, I might as well make it at home.
Don't waste your time unless you only want a plain ice cream cone!! Ordered a #1, Boss Combo NO CHEESE. When I got the order home, CHEESE melted all over everything. Called to complain and see if I could get a refund or at least the order remade. The female "order taker" commented, "we're only human." I asked what they were going to do about my order and got the phone hung up on me. Called back next morning to talk to manager/owner and got the SAME dismissive "Oh well, we're only human and mistakes will be made." Nothing about making things right or giving a refund just "Oh well". I can say "Oh well" also! Oh well, lets go someplace where they at least TRY to get your order right!
