You will not find a more unpretentious, uncompromising, unwavering and loving church. The teaching is biblically based, culturally relevant and challenging. The people are loving, welcoming and warm. The ministries are powerful and impactful to the community and world. As long as we attended, 5 years, we were truly blessed.
I've only been to the young adults service, called Crassroads. The worship was really good, but could be improved to be more upbeat and fun. The sermon by Pastor Dan was good, and he is really passionate and funny, but I think he would do good for himself and others by studying it a bit more in depth. I've studied myself, and heard numerous things said that were what he believed to be true of the Bible, but actually just misinterpretations of that culture. Not heresy or anything, but definitely there is room for improvement.
The other post here has nothing to do with Grace Chapel. There is a school that shares the same lot , but they are not connected, and Tarzana what? Wrong place. He needs to be careful not to post about the wrong place. Grace is the best church I have found, I'm just looking for a pastor who keeps my attention, makes church ez to go to. Time flies, only problem is music is a little long, sermon sometimes rushed.
