Their management are very difficult to deal with and unfair. They pick at certain units and make their life miserable but others they let slide. Some units have trash all over, have dead grass and plants and cobwebs and old stuff everywhere and they don't bother them, but if they have chosen you to be harassed then you must look like a model unit and have everything sparkling clean and washed. There are double standards and they act like they're are doing you a huge favor if you use the clubhouse. When using it is part of the space fee, then they you are paying for it, but they act as if it's their personal living room and are not nice or pleasant at all. The management personnel should really take classes on how to deal with people cordially and how to provide customer service. They are snobby and they work here because we pay them, but you have to act as though you serve them when it's the other way around. I will never ever recommend this place....they are very unhappy people and look to find reasons to make you feel badly for living here. Find a better community if you can!They discriminate against ethnic people and disabled people.
I read these last two reviews and I have.got to say they are so wrong about the manager. Barabara has improved our park so much. She has.cleaned it up so much got rid of the druggies in the park. I feel safer for me and my son to walk at night around here now. I think people just can't handle.following.the rules and if.gov can't follow.rules you shouldnt live in a mobile home park or apartments. Very thankful for rancho mirage staff :-)
Barbara Priatt ( how ever you spell it) is the rudest manager that park has ever had.. Not allowed to have a car towed in to your family's space, because it had an issue the manager assumed its not running, or licensed ect she has number of complaints from other residents.. The owners should look in to her behavior towards guest & residents of the park.
