Service

We have been living here for just about 2 months and we love it! It’s quiet, the office personnel are all very accommodating. The maintenance guys are very quick to fix any issues. I would personally like an updated doorbell to be louder. Our unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 story. The cabinet space is a bit small for the size of the home but nothing we can’t work with. Overall this is a much nicer community than other places we have lived. A big plus is the security, with it being gated and I see them patrol all the time. Pools are clean and well maintained. Happy we found these townhomes.

Overall

Lived here for 6 months. I can say the maintenance guys were extremely helpful and quick to assist. The fact that I know this tells you that several things broke. We got a 2 bed 2 bath town home and rented a refrigerator. When we showed up to move in there was no refrigerator and it took them 3 days to get one for us. The workout room was small but nice until the treadmill broke 4 months into our stay. I checked a month after it was reported to them and it was still broken. They have 2 pools which are cold, but refreshing. I'm not sure who had the bright idea to resurface one of them on the Fourth of July weekend, but that overcrowded the other pool. Also, with the town home the living quarters were on the second floor, with the garage beneath, so our electricity bill was about $150 on average, mostly due to the A/C having to run 8-10 hours per day. Plan on spending a little extra to keep the place cool. But we did like the setup because if there was any crime the intruder would have to come up a single stairwell to get to us, so we felt pretty safe. I can't say I hated the place. I would still say if you are looking for a garage this place isn't bad at all. Rent is a bit higher than other areas, but overall no real complaints. The biggest distaste came after we left. We paid $1150 security deposit, plus $500 non-refundable pet deposit and $25/mo pet rent for a cat. The disposition of the security deposit didn't mention the $500 or the pet rent. They charged $200 to paint things that didn't need to be painted. Garage walls and doors and stuff. They charged $807 to replace carpet due to pet stains. I can understand this is courteous to just have it replaced, but I think some of that $800 should come out of the $500 pet deposit, not all out of my security deposit. So in the end, I got $63 back from $1800. I read previous reviews saying they would keep your security deposit, but thought maybe it was a review from a disgruntled resident. They were absolutely right. First time I have ever not gotten back my security deposit.
