Excellent customer service has almost become a thing of the past. It always gives me a bit of hope when a business actually goes above and beyond the call of duty and provides excellent customer support. I can't begin to explain in words how impressed I am with the service I've always received from Wayne and Dave's Automotive. The folks that work there are not only the nicest guys around town, they know vehicles inside and out -- truly professional!

Honestly, taking a vehicle in for repair is not exactly something the average driver looks forward to. That's mostly due to the "unknown" factor (e.g., How much is it going to cost? How long will it take?) and it can be quite stressful to say the least. Every business says that their customers are their #1 priority, but many stories show the opposite. However, the people at Wayne and Dave's are ready, willing, and able to go the extra mile for each and every one of their customers. As Benjamin Franklin would put it: "Well done is better than well said."

I must say, that after the unbelievably positive experience I had by taking my truck to Wayne and Dave's, I actually look forward to my next visit!

the place is fantastic...they did the work on my daughters Honda fit for about a third the price Honda wanted and the same on my wife's Toyota they do great work and the friendly service is what makes us return for all of our needs...and you can not beat their prices as well...

I never write reviews but felt the need to write one for Wayne & Dave's. Not only did they fix an issue that numerous mechanics & $3k didn't fix, but they did it with class, quickly, politely and under the estimated cost. Knowing the nightmare i had previously encountered they also deeply discounted some of the labor while still giving me the best parts. Its HARD to find a good mechanic but I did at Wayne and Dave's.

First off I do not like review websites I believe a lot of people that post on them have an agenda besides telling the truth about a company, and I do not for a minute believe the other two people that posted on here have ever used the services of Wayne & Dave's, with that said., I am a real customer I went to Wayne & Dave's for the first time in my life yesterday, my Dodge truck needed the transmission replaced, I had heard them advertize on our local Country radio station, so I gave them a try, and I'am very glad I did, they have a large, Clean and professional shop, my truck was fixed perfectly when they said it would be,and for the amount they said it would be, and they even washed my truck when it was complete. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN MY CAR AND WRECKED THE ENGINE. THEY WOULD NOT FIX IT. WORST MECHANIC IN AV.....

Do not take your car to this shop/ the work they do is mess up work. I paid large sum of money to then and my ride has not ran correct ever since. They left thing not connected. They smile up in your face and take your money never doing what they say they did.

If you ask any shop around the AV they are working on car the they messed up on.
