Called and the receptionist is rude and says they can't look up my insurance threw my ss neever had this problem b4 told the lady my iud is messing up I need it looked at I can hardly pee but nope she basically said not her problem. So I asked if a patient came in bleeding and her merging ud let them dye bc u refuse to look up their sa fr insurance. She basically said yes. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

DR BENOIT AND HIS ASSISTANT ARE VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL NOT LIKE HIS RECEPCIONIST SHE IS A RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I DONT KNOW WHY THEY STILL HAVE HER THERE

I would never visit this office. The staff has no idea what they are doing. Do not know how to schedule proper follow-up appointments. Go elsewhere if you want to save yourself time and frustration. I would give less than one star if it would let me.

Dr. Ngo and Dr. Berman and both very friendly, knowledgeable OB-GYNS. Dr. Ngo saw me through both of my pregnancies and performed both of my C-Sections (the first one was an emergency). He is a bit more serious than Dr. Berman, but they are both equally caring with great concern for their patients' comfort, health, and well-being. Easy to talk to, dependable. The only thing I would deduct half a star for if I could, would be the wait time for appointments; at times, I have sat in their waiting room for an hour. The staff is friendly as well.
