        Overall

        Not up to date, very old school here. Customer service was the worst! Was barked at that I could not use my DEBIT card unless it was signed and had a photo id. ...Was also told the workers wouldn't like how I packaged my package. I've mailed hundreds of packages elsewhere without a single complaint. She did not know the price of a flat rate priority envelope. I was starting to wonder if she was an actual employee. She had no name tag or uniform. My receipt did not show corresponding tracking info to destination. I'd rather walk my packages to their destination next time than go there.
